    Ingredients:

    1 (16-ounce) drained can of chickpeas (keep ¼ of the liquid)

    3 to 5 tablespoons lemon juice

    1 ½ tablespoons tahini

    2 cloves crushed garlic

    ½ teaspoon salt

    2 tbsp olive oil

    Fresh parsley

    Blend all ingredients to achieve a smooth and creamy texture. Before serving it fresh, top it with olive oil and parsley.
